Standard shipping takes 5–9 business days after dispatch. For preorders, the release and dispatch wait comes before the shipping period.

Request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. Eligible returns are free. After a refund is processed, allow up to 10 days for it to appear in your bank account. Product-condition requirements apply; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
