Preorder Policy

What a preorder means

A preorder reserves a product that is not yet available for dispatch. Preorder listings are identified before purchase and include the expected shipment date or window. A publisher's release date is not a guarantee of delivery on that date.

Payment and pricing

The amount due at checkout and the timing of any later payment are disclosed on the product page and before you place the order. If full payment is due immediately, this will be stated. If a deposit or later balance is offered, its amount and due date will also be stated. We will not add undisclosed charges or increase the agreed price without your consent.

Shipping and mixed orders

The ordinary 5–9-business-day shipping estimate starts when the preorder is dispatched. It does not include the wait for release or stock arrival.

Unless separate dispatch is offered and selected before purchase, an order containing both in-stock and preorder items will ship together when all items are available. For separate delivery of in-stock items, place separate orders or contact us before purchase. Any split-shipment charges must be disclosed and agreed in advance.

Delays and allocation shortages

Publisher changes, production delays, and distributor allocations may affect availability. We will inform you if we cannot meet the promised shipment timeframe and explain any revised estimate and your options. We will obtain your consent to a delay where required; otherwise, we will cancel and refund as required by law. An estimated release date does not authorize indefinite delay.

If we cannot obtain the product or fulfill the reserved quantity, we will notify you and refund the affected items, applicable taxes, and shipping charges attributable to the unfulfilled goods. We will not substitute another product without your agreement.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a preorder before dispatch by emailing contact@entiretytcg.shop with your order number. We charge no preorder cancellation fee and refund the amount paid for the canceled goods, applicable taxes, and shipping attributable to those goods. If the entire order is canceled before shipment, all collected shipping charges are refunded.

We process cancellation refunds promptly and within any applicable legal deadline. Once processed, allow up to 10 days for the funds to appear in your bank account. If an item has already shipped, the Return and Refund Policy applies.

Returns after delivery

The 30-day return window starts on delivery, not on the preorder purchase date. Eligible returns are free and are subject to the product-condition requirements in our Return and Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
