These Terms govern purchases from and use of https://entiretytcg.shop, operated by EntiretyTCG. Please review them together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Preorder Policy before purchasing. Our Privacy Policy explains our information practices.

Using our store

You must have legal capacity to enter into the purchase or act with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for it. Provide accurate order, payment, and contact information. Do not use the website for unlawful activity, payment fraud, infringement, malicious code, or interference with its operation.

Products and descriptions

We sell trading card game products and related merchandise. Check each listing for the game, language, edition, quantity, condition, and whether the product is sealed, a single card, an accessory, or a preorder.

Images may illustrate the product, and packaging can vary between production runs. The written listing and any specifically described condition form part of your purchase. We remain responsible for supplying products consistent with their description.

Randomized packs and boxes do not guarantee a particular card, rarity, grade, or resale value unless the listing expressly promises it. A disappointing pull or subsequent market-price change does not itself make a product defective. This does not exclude remedies for tampering, incorrect products, defects, or misdescription.

Prices and payments

The applicable currency, product prices, shipping charges, and taxes are displayed before you place your order. Any optional charge requires your agreement. Payment must be authorized through the methods available at checkout. Preorder payment timing must be stated before purchase.

Prices for future purchases can change. We will not increase the price of a placed order without your agreement. If a material pricing or availability error prevents fulfillment, we will contact you and offer cancellation and a refund rather than charge a corrected amount without permission.

Orders and availability

We send an order acknowledgment after submission and shipment information when an order is dispatched. If we cannot fulfill an item because it is unavailable, canceled by its publisher, or affected by an allocation shortfall, we will notify you and refund the unfulfilled portion, including applicable taxes and unearned shipping charges. Substitutions require your agreement.

We may decline or cancel orders where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unauthorized payment, or disclosed purchase limits. Amounts collected for canceled goods will be refunded. Shipment deadlines and delay rights remain governed by applicable law and our policies.

Shipping, returns, and preorders

Shipping normally takes 5–9 business days after dispatch, subject to the Shipping Policy. Eligible returns can be requested within 30 days after delivery, with free return shipping under the Return and Refund Policy. Once a refund is processed, allow up to 10 days for it to appear in your bank account. Preorders follow the separately disclosed shipment estimate and Preorder Policy.

Intellectual property and reviews

Website content owned by us or our licensors is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product names and third-party trademarks belong to their owners. Their appearance does not by itself imply a publisher affiliation or endorsement.

If you submit a review for publication, you permit us to display that review in connection with our store. You retain ownership of your content. Reviews must reflect your experience and must not contain unlawful content or another person's private information. Nothing here restricts honest consumer reviews or other legally protected speech.

Responsibility and disputes

We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory product rights, non-excludable warranties, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or remedies for our fraud or misrepresentation.

Please contact contact@entiretytcg.shop if there is a problem. Contacting us does not waive your legal rights or your rights with a payment provider. California law governs these Terms to the extent permitted, without depriving you of mandatory protections that apply where you live. Nothing requires mandatory arbitration or waives access to an appropriate court.

Changes and contact

Updates apply prospectively from the posted effective date. Changes will not retroactively remove rights attached to existing purchases. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where permitted.
